THE TREASURE CHEST… Louisiana Learns will renovate an existing 4,800 square-foot building on the property of Community Bible Baptist Church at 1729 Monte Sano Avenue in Baton Rouge, where it will operate a thrift shop to be known as THE TREASURE CHEST. This facility will offer household goods, vehicles, and clothing at bargain prices to Baton Rouge families, while providing a continuing stream of funding for the LAWRET™ Program. Until this renovation is complete, Louisiana Learns will operate a “Mini Treasure Chest” thrift shop out of an empty classroom at Community Bible Baptist Church.
